Start without a payment method. CouncilAid measures normally chargeable work and produces a usage report. No invoice or Token debit occurs during the trial.
If the council chooses to continue, an authorised administrator selects a subscription and requests invoice or purchase-order billing. Nothing is issued automatically.
Commercial controls
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. GST is calculated using the configured Australian rate. CouncilAid shows the Token and AUD estimate before analytical work runs, applies council approval thresholds and keeps immutable usage and billing records.
One-off Token packs
Additional capacity can be requested through the configured council approval pathway. Starter and pack values remain tied to the current versioned catalogue.
